You'll be able to realize a Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) on your own measurement and inspection devices. This training is tailored to your own internal measurement systems. This training is based on the requirement of AIAG's MSA4.0 guide or on RM13003 or on VDA5.

Know how to use Designs of Experiments in order to precisely choose nominal values and tolerances of input factors so that the variations of the output factor varies within predefined limits.

You'll be able to realize a capability analysis in agreement with the requirements of your customers (IATF16949 or RM13006). The training is adapted to the data and the capability analysis standards of your company and using your internal capability analysis tools, about which we will provide improvement advices.
